She was admitted to the practice of law on June 24, 2004, and specializes primarily in Real Property Law. Prior to commencing her solo practice, Daria was employed as a paralegal for 13 years in the real estate division at Pratcher & Associates, PC, a law firm of four (4) attorneys headed by Franklin R. Pratcher, Esq.

Daria’s passion for real estate began in 1989 when she first obtained her license to sale real estate, and that same passion has influenced all her endeavors since. She later obtained her NYS Real Estate Broker’s License after her admission to the New York State Bar. Daria enjoys sharing her experience and has done so as a mentor to many real estate sales associates and investors, and as an Adjunct Instructor in Real Property Law at Bryant & Stratton College, where she helps shape the careers of paralegal hopefuls.

Daria’s legal experience encompasses real estate sales; residential and commercial real estate closings on behalf of sellers, purchasers and as a lender closing agent; real property title examination and escrow agent; landlord/tenant law; contract drafting and negotiations; and business/corporate development and counseling. She is also a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) with an A+ rating.

A native Buffalonian, Daria is and has been influential in the City of Buffalo’s redevelopment, especially in those areas of the City that have long been ignored. To ensure that she is a part of the solution to the many challenges these areas face, Daria devotes much of her time as a consultant, board member, or volunteer to non-profit organizations throughout the region. She has served on the Board of Directors for a number of agencies throughout Buffalo, helping to build organizational capacity and providing technical assistance. Daria is well known for developing connections with individuals and organizations that share her commitment to community building.
